Employment Immigration

The federal government offers several pilot programs such as the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program (AIPP) and the New Agri-Food Immigration Pilot (AFIP). The provinces of Canada also offer its own immigration programs for skilled workers.

Our experienced lawyers are here to provide you with sound legal advice, assist you with any applications, and guide you through any cross-border issues you may encounter.

This pilot provides a pathway to permanent residence for skilled foreign workers and international graduates (from a publicly funded institution in Atlantic Canada) who wish to live and work in one of Canada’s Atlantic provinces: New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, or Newfoundland and Labrador. To participated in the AIPP, you must have received a job offer from a designated employer in Atlantic Canada.
